Considering Lease Transfer: 2025 Porsche Cayenne Base

Looking for input from the community on whether this lease transfer makes sense or if I should pass.

Vehicle
2025 Porsche Cayenne Base

Lease details
Leasing company: Porsche Financial Services
Lease end: 5/31/2028
Months remaining: 27

Payment
Actual monthly payment: $1,499
Seller incentive: $1,000 paid to me
Effective monthly: $1,461.96

Mileage
Current miles: 8,500
Remaining miles: 24,000
Allowed per month going forward: ~889

No MSDs. Standard wear assumed. Daily driver use. No current plan to buy out at lease end unless numbers make sense.

Main questions for the group:

  1. Is an effective $1,462 strong, average, or weak for a base Cayenne with 27 months remaining in today’s market?

  2. Given the remaining mileage and term, would you counter for additional incentive or consider this fairly priced?

  3. Any Porsche Financial Services transfer quirks or gotchas I should factor in?

If you are going to get a used Cayenne might as well get a CPO one from the marketplace and get a better monthly and term.

$1400 a month for a base Cayenne doesn’t sound very appealing.

what’s the MSRP?

For a base cayenne, I’d need a whole lot more incentive. A lot more.

See the latest offering from @GOAT; PFS T&C’s also well covered here.

Either ask for more incentive or a get a CPO .

Though there’s a significant difference between 8 months remaining and 27 months remaining

Who cares at that point? Why pay 1462 per month for 27 months on a base cayenne if you can pay 1062/mo for a turbo cayenne even if its just 8 months? Restart your search in 6 months and see if you can find a base cayenne for cheaper at that point

or just extend it for 3 months. it’s effectively a 11 month lease

This will need an incentive to bring it under $900 mo effective to even have a chance.
