Considering a 2021 BMW 530i - advice needed

Considering a 2021 BMW 530i. I’ve built the car how I would want spec’d but open to dealer stock with a close match (price & equipment).

What can I expect for discount and payment with 0 down and just drive-offs? Looks like MF is .00082 RV 58% with a $1750 lease credit.

Build: M Sport, Bernina Gray, Drive assist, park assist, Shadowline package, M Sport red calipers = total w/handling $62,745

Any help or feedback would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Take a look at the “Shared Deals” and “Marketplace” sections of the forum. Some brokers are offering between 10 to 12% off pre-rebates.

You can calculate the payment yourself given your own regional taxes and fees. That’s not how this place works.

There are about 30 brokers in the marketplace who do BMW so look there for comps.

I can calculate the base information but I’m not finding 1:1 comps to know what info I should be inputing to calculate! Hence the request for some friendly feedback. I’ll check directly with some brokers though too.

And sorry, but what do you mean that’s not how this place works? I’ve seen 50+ posts about people not even sure what they want asking for advice on everything from what others recommend to what they should pay. In my estimation, this is exactly how this place works.

1:1 comps? There’s a million BMW threads on here.

Did you read the FAQs and other threads on how to calculate a lease payment, and input all of the correct numbers into the LH calculator?

This is a place to learn how to get the best deal, not have it handed to you. Treat this like a library not a concierge.

There are lots of threads where people ask for the info to be handed to them… You’re correct. Nearly all of them are told that they need to gather the info.

I’ve got all the basic info guys. I can calculate payments and research. Just hoping for a couple of shared deals that I CAN’T find on a similar car/build so I can start my negotiation. I’ve leased 15+ cars over the past 20 years, I’m capable. I’ll look elsewhere for some help. Thanks for everything and happy holidays.

OK. Best of luck.

There isn’t exactly a shortage of bmw leases to reference in the shared deals section and broker postings. You don’t need a comp of the same optioned vehicle to derive a pre-incentive discount from.

You’re either not looking very hard or you’re trying to find something way more specific than is necessary.

If you take a look at broker deals in the “Marketplace”, their advertised discounts on the 530i is irrespective of MSRP.

As far as throwing out a payment, we can’t since we do not know whether you qualify for loyalty, recent grad, military, pended or any other rebates. I am sure you are aware that government fees and dealer doc fees vary by region.

Anyway, good luck.

I believe your best bet is to go through a lease broker and have them find a similar build if not the same if the discount and price is the most important thing. I am not sure how they are in California, but after shopping around in FL, the lease broker was able to provide the best pricing for a 530 compared to my local dealerships (there are 5 dealerships within a 60 minute drive from me) on a more equipped car than the dealerships had in stock/that were incoming.

That is a sweet build!

That color is now my favorite, just had a client build a 540 with almost same specs. Looks real good in the 5 series.
