In my opinion, I don’t care how the deal is structured if it’s a “good deal.” If the discount is enough to make the a marked up money factor irrelevant, it shouldn’t make a difference. Sure it would be great to get the discount and the base money factor, but that’s getting greedy. The dealers and brokers still have to make a profit somewhere or they aren’t going to be doing business for long. The only thing that irks me is when dealers insist they are giving you the base money factor or selling…
