Owen @coastalcarsnyc went out of his way over the past few months to help me secure a new XC90 B6+ for my family. He spent a tremendous amount of time explaining to me the best timing to lease the vehicle (using the pull ahead program v. certain incentives), upcoming new incentives that would get me a better lease rate, how the RateFinder calculator worked (and how to program it correctly), and countless other issues that I couldn’t get straight answers from the dealership.
I am always skeptical about reviews online, but his reviews by persons he has assisted are spot on. He was incredibly honest, and his numbers never deviated from the offers he initially presented. He walked me through a comparison of leasing a demo v. new vehicle, and answered each and every one of my many stupid questions.
All in all, he probably saved me about $9K over three years on a lease.

We just got our new Volvo which Owen closed for us.
I have worked with quite a few LH ‘brokers’ before, and I can truthfully say Owen delivers a customer experience and service that is far above all of them.
We were looking for a specific model/trim/package that was hard to find, Owen helped us navigate broker’s inventory, and after we missed one car by a few hours Owen was the first broker that actually offered to make a new order.
Owen later proactively reached out to say that he has a great deal on a car that was very much close enough which we closed just a couple day after. He was able to also successfully orchestrated pull-ahead that was complex and important to us.
Closing experience was the smoothest ever, while many brokers will refer you to the dealership this never happened with Owen, he stayed involved and coordinated all activities, where we needed direct connection Owen was still there on a conference call.
Owen also came personally to deliver the new Volvo to our house.
To conclude, a truly remarkable experience, please give him more business so he stays in this business and I can call him again in 36m.
