Looks good. Payment seems to lineup with the,mf (000.47) rebate, discount.
i was under the impression the Fed rebate was $7500 and the MD Rebate was $100 for every Kwh (on the clarity that would be $1500). Total rebate should read $9,000 i would think. Also what discounts are you getting (the names of them). im looking at the same car in MD right now also
Its 7800 + 3000 for northeast zev. Same rebate since september. The only difference is 1% lower rv and mf is lower for nov/dec. The deal between sept/oct should be identical to nov/dec for clarity. That deal does not include state ev rebate.

You can ask dealer the mf and rv to validate. Use leasehackr calculator and plug all the numbers with mf of 0.00047 and rv of 42%. I leased a clarity touring last month and helped a lot here to get a good deal. Your discount is $3067 off msrp(9%) before rebate (7,800 + 3,000). Majority of clarity buyers in the northeast get 8-10% off msrp disc except for NY where it is around 6-7%.
Push for $210 sign and drive.

Because this way they get to keep $300. They feel you don’t deserve it.
I did the math and that looks legit. Correct me if i an wrong, I had to research why taxes is at $1324 and saw that maine had to pay excise tax on lease or buy. And i thought NY taxes are ridiculous.
Your disc before rebate is around 7.5% which is a bit on the low side. You need to get a breakdown of the fees - acquisition, dmv, docs, etc.
That front end gross can’t be right lol $8k loser? No way…
