CLA ICE Edition

What kinda of a deal did you get on your ES?

I posted the lease before.

MSRP: $44,639
Sell Price (Could be lower): $39723.68
Cap Cost Reductions: $6131.50. $1000 out of pocket, $5131.50 from manufacturer.
Gross Cap Cost (w/fees + negative equity): $44151.27
$1800 due with 2MSDs (Maxed out MF to .0001).
Negative equity from merc: $1950.
Monthlies: $389. 12k/36

So I actually got the car for $335/mo with $1000 down or $352/mo $0 down.

Thanks. I wonder if I could beat it?

I think the MF was .0004 when I got mine, now it’s .0002 so you can put even less money in MSDs maybe 1 MSD.

Are your taxes on the payment or on the whole car?

NJ tax I think is strange it’s 7% on the whole lease payment cost of $14004? I’m not sure but it’s not 7% on monthlies.

What were the rebates like then?

Can someone tell me if I’m doing the math right on this E300 lease.

I had $1000 pga, $1000 college grad, Loyalty, + lease cash. Total was $5131.50 in incentives

I mean it’s a calculator do you have anything specific? The document fee is definitely off? The residual might be off as well?

The residual value is lowered by 1% but I mean money factor wise. Not worried about upfront payments, just the monthly payment of the lease

It’s a calculator bro. What you input is what you get out of it. If all of your numbers are right the calculator is not going to be too far off from the actual. Maybe ± $50? I don’t know what the underlying code is.

Anything north of $300 for a CLA is insane, as there are much, much better cars for the money. The CLA is for housewives stretching their budget to get a Mercedes badge, and that’s about it. Build quality’s not great, interior quality isn’t great, it’s cramped, etc. Doesn’t really offer anything to justify its price.

Does something like this apply to the bottom line as well or it’s just a gimmick?

Yes, I don’t see why not. Here is someone just used it

Looking at the calculator screenshot, that is pricing for an e300.

Thr next step is to use 10 MSDs to bring MF down which will take you under 400.

That’s even better than my deal of last year

IF someone can get it

I’m trying to work it with a sales man now. He gave me a quote of a C300 and I called him out on the marked up money factor and he said that’s how they stay in business :joy:
