Broker Fee:
$500–$2,500, depending on vehicle and service complexity
(Fee is always disclosed up front—no surprises.)
Refund Policy:
• 100% Refund – If the dealer is unable to honor the deal we presented.
• 50% Refund – If your credit cannot be approved or If your credit tier changes and affects the payment, and you decide not to move forward.
• 50% Refund – If you back out of an in-transit or in-stock unit.
• No Refunds – For custom orders that have already entered production or can no longer be changed.

I was looking for a new lease for my wife. I chose Louis because he was close by and sent him a text. He called me and we discussed some options. Within minutes he located a few vehicles both in and out of state. My wife really wanted the only available white Mercedes EQB 250+, which was in Texas. We electronically signed the papers the following day, the dealership overnighted the contract for us to sign, we sent right back, and Louis organized the vehicle to be picked up that evening. We received the car in two days. It really could not have gone any smoother, other than a slight delay (in hours) from the delivery driver due to traffic. Louis was great and we’ll definitely be using him again when it’s time to turn in the lease in a few years. We highly recommend Louis!

Highly recommend working with Cigar City! Louis is hands down the best. Quick thanks to Louis @bestautodeals for helping me figure out something with Mercedes lease pull-through program on a one-pay lease (TDLR: don’t do one-pay if you want to get lease payments forgiven when you want to ground the lease early for a new lease!)
