Hi there, newbie here worked out a lease for Pacifica Touring L Plus. Includes the Uconnect and Advanced Tech package (Park assist) including GA tax $452 per month for 12000 miles, 42 months $0 down.

Please let me know if this is a good deal.

 I've been following these forums for a month now so I know what it's here for. Not sure what more information you need. I didn't get the details such as MF, RV etc from the dealer but I provided everything else I have in the quote.

  Please let me know if you need me to follow a specific format and I'll be happy to add some nice fancy bullets for ya :)

So you’ve been here a month, but don’t think MSRP, sales price, MF and RV are important? Even if the dealer didn’t provide the MF, do you know what the buyrate MF is?

Agreed above, because if you don’t know above then you are blindly signing papers.

Agreed I missed out the MSRP and sales price thanks for pointing that out.

MSRP: $44,265
Sale Price: 34,265

That sales price is before incentives? You need to find out the RV and MF. I would expect that a discount of 22+% before incentives would result in a much lower payment, but do not know for sure without the other info.

GA tax sucks, so maybe the payment is right though. Need more info to fully evaluate.

The sale price is after the incentives, total $10,000 off the MSRP… The problem is the guy who worked this out for me has no clue on the MF and RV. He said his finance guy should be able to help waiting for him to reply.

In the meantime, you need to find out the buyrate MF. Edmunds is a good start for that.
