Any of you guys have this happen to you? It’s now 31 days and still no account number assigned, no one at gmfinancial can find my account thru SS, Vin, etc. Dealership said everything submitted weeks ago, and has no idea what’s going on at bank.
Wondering if anyone knows how to speed this up along, as it’d be ridiculous to get a delinquency ding on my credit cause they can’t get their act together. Curious what I can do at this point since dealer pointing at Gm financial. GM financial says they don’t have anything. Filed a complaint, but no response yet either.
