How is this deal? $247/month, $0 down, 36 months, 12k miles, $0 disposition fee on returning my lease. I’m in Oregon, this is on the table, should I do the deal today?
If you were at the dealer, and this is all the information they gave you, I hope you would have learned enough from LH by now to get up and leave.
Post a deal sheet or the rest of the specifics if you want us to evaluate. Payment and terms is not nearly enough to work with.

yes, a couple of items: at this rate, I’m required to pay the registration renewal in 1 year which equates to $8/month (hence the $247 vs the listed $239). Also, the salesperson says I am not required to pay the $2,500.
Then why doesn’t give you a lease work sheet that shows that?
This absolutely can be true. I have had several leases that were structured showing a capital cost reduction or some form of down payment that was not actually due. What I have done is get something in writing from the GM of the store confirming this.
