Check deal : 2023 BMW X3 s30

Can you please give me feedback on this CA lease offer?

Fairly loaded X3 (M Sport, Driver Assist Pro, Parking Assist, Premium, HUD, H-K sound, Shadowline):

2023 BMW x3 s30i
MSRP 62220
Invoice: 58620 (I believe)
Sale Price: 58570
BMW Loyalty: -1500
MF .00170 (buy for June program?)
10k year / residual 56% (34833)

$771/mo with drive off 3750 (roughly 1800 cap cost, to be adjusted but was their number)

Thoughts?

Especially on the sale price - I haven’t been in market since supply issues and huge markups.

The fees seem high (855 or so? but only $85 is dealer doc fee and rest appear to be CA fees?):

Tire/Battery/MVWEA - $8.75
Registration 65
Doc Fee 85
Vehicle License Fee 381
Elec Filing Fee AVRS 33
CHP Fee 29
Plate Fee 1
Smog Abatement 20
CA Weight Fee 80
CA TIF 168

Thank you in advance!

For 875 effective a month there are much better options. :slightly_smiling_face:

Wife wants an X3 to replace her current one…

What would be your suggestion?

Then finance it. That’s a ridiculous lease payment

That’s a X5 payment. Maybe x5 demo if you can find one. Lexus RX is $5k off or like others said finance the X3 or find a broker.

Any recommendations on a lease broker for SoCal (San Diego)? Thanks!

And welcome to the forum!

Thank you!

Try to squeeze some more % off of msrp.

Especially if the x3 is what the wife wants. I think if you got to effective ~700 month. That would be a decent deal.

2024’s are around the corner no? once those get announced it should create a push to move these 23s
