Where do I even start? I’ve dealt with a lot of brokers, but none have come close to the level of care and effort I got from Caruzen Auto Group. They took the time to actually listen to what I needed and worked hard to find the best deal for me. I didn’t feel rushed or like just another customer. They really made sure I understood everything before making a decision. If you want someone who actually cares about getting you the best deal, this is the place. They even went as far as going back and forth with the dealership just to get us a better deal than advertised. Mike has the patience of a saint.

I leased a 2025 chevy equinox ev and I love the car! Mike with Caruzen made this whole process a great experience, definitely great deals and great customer service. I came to Mike at Caruzen with two requests. 1) a fully spec’d used Taycan and 2) a great deal. Mike delivered on both of those for me as I just drove home a beautiful '24 Taycan at a better price than I was finding elsewhere.

I know there’s a lot of people who may find their listings and think they’re too good to be true, especially since this review thread isn’t loaded with reviews. I know I did. But after hopping on the phone, I was all in. Mike was right there to answer all my questions and work with me through a pretty painless deal. Which is why we’re all here in the first place. So if you see a deal of theirs you like, run don’t walk!

I cannot recommend working with Caruzen Auto enough. Not only did Mike help me through the entire process, but when there were inevitable hiccups from the dealership, he never disappeared and continued to help me with the follow ups so the deal went as smoothly as possible.

Mike works to help you get the best deal, but I was most impressed with his patience to help you understand what you’re walking into. This was my first lease, so entrusting someone to help me through this, who you don’t know personally, is always a gamble! He was honest, helpful, and overall just a kind person who wants to get the deal done for you! I will definitely be back and continue to work with Mike in the future and I’ve already been recommending him to friends!

Compared to the price I got quoted at the dealership for my new EQB, Mikes price was significantly better, so it was a no brainer. Love my new car and so happy with how everything went!

Picked up this beauty last weekend! Mike was amazing to work with! He helped me with any queries I had about the car and the process. He was always available, and worked around the clock to help me with this.
We were also able move quick and lock in the car in the color that I wanted! Mike was able to get me the best possible deal!Highly recommend working with him :slight_smile:

Mike is exceptional. He did everything possible to help me secure a car, but unfortunately, my credit is not sufficient at this time. I appreciate his efforts and will definitely consider purchasing a car from him once my credit improves.

Just snagged a 2025 Equinox LT yesterday! Working with Mike was awesome. He went through all the docs via text and email, confirming I qualified for all the discounts (couldn’t combine Conquest with the Bolt owner discount, otherwise I would’ve literally gotten the car for free, lol).

I had zero plans to lease a new car until last week, but the deal Mike worked out was too sweet to pass up. Had to fly in from the Bay Area to SoCal to pick it up, but Mike and the dealer made it super easy. I was in and out in 20 minutes!

Loved the long drive back home (while also getting a crash course in the challenges of a non-Tesla road trip). :sweat_smile:

I would like to thank Mike for making the leasing process so swift and efficient. I got 2025 Chevy Equinox EV 2LT a couple of days ago and the process took no more than 2 hours. One hour for confirming the rebates by Mike and one hour getting the car from the dealer. No bullshit, no games. I qualified for all the rebates and got an insane deal. Highly recommended.

I’ve worked with several auto brokers over the past 10 years, and I have to say Mike is head and shoulders above the rest, I felt compelled to write a review. He was absolutely amazing in helping me purchase a Porsche Taycan. I genuinely hate dealing with the negotiation aspect of car buying and Mike really took all of that off my hands and was able to get me an unbeatable deal. From start to finish, he was there every step of the way, answering my seemingly endless questions with patience and enthusiasm. Even texting me cars he had found through researching late in the evening. His attention to detail and dedication were exceptional, and he truly went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Most of all, he never once pressured me to make a purchase at any point in time. He made what could have been a stressful process smooth and enjoyable. I can’t recommend him enough!
