What story? The story of excellent service as experienced by the reviewers here. I recently did a lease with John from Carma Auto Leasing. The service was better than going to the dealership. Every concern I had was addressed. I agree with the reviews that recommend John and what I love best, what stood out from other brokers, was Carma Auto Leasing website.
You have every detail at your fingertips, literally. You can plug in your desired numbers/choices and out comes a result, should you choose to proceed with, will be exactly as you see at signing. That, folks, is what sets this broker apart. Go for it, you’ve got nothing to lose. There are only gains here.
just did my second deal with John on a hyundai sonata (did a nissan rogue back in oct). like the other comments here everything went smooth and the numbers were to the penny when we got to the dealership. thx again!
Just got a lease on a new 2024 Mazda CX-50 (Premium trim) from Carma. Super happy. They were on the ball, great to work with, solid leasing terms. Were very responsive with questions and did everything online (email, text) which was incredibly convenient. These are good people and I’m delighted to have worked with them!
Just a leased a brand new CX-50 from Carma. I’ll start by stating that these guys are legit. They went above and beyond to help with not only the current car but also with the old lease. If you have any doubts, dont and go for it!
The story:
Newly weds with my wifes cars lease being up. Had a situation with her old Mazda CX-5 where we had to share vehicles for a few months due to my BMW order being delayed. The day has come where the mileage situation would cost us. I contacted Carma and they fought on my behalf by getting the vehicle bought out. This saved us a lot of money. They also had alot of patience since my wife only liked certain color combinations. When we arrived to the dealership, everything that was agreed upon was delivered. In fact, the new vehicle had a software update and they gave us a loaner to drive until the vehicle was ready! Awesome! Carma has earned several customers through this great experience!
I recently purchased a Nissan CX50 from Carma Auto Leasing, and my experience was exceptional. John assisted me throughout the entire process, handling the entire deal via text and a few phone calls. He provided the best leasing price, and the numbers he quoted over the phone were the same as those on the final purchase. Additionally, John arranged for the car to be delivered right to my doorstep within 2 business days. He truly beat every other broker out of the park.
I would definitely recommend both John and Carma Auto Leasing to anyone in the market for any vehicle. His professionalism and customer service made the purchase process seamless stress free and actually enjoyable.
First and foremost, John is a great guy and will answer all of your questions and is always looking out for your best interests. The deals he provides aren’t even in the ballpark of my local dealers in northern NJ, so I am very glad I found him here. Just leased a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe Saraha from John, the entire deal was seemless from start to finsh. John will answer your calls and messages pretty much 24x7 and inform you of the entire process. I just picked up my new Jeep GC today. I usually hate shopping for new cars but finding John changed everything. John made the process quick and painless. Not only that, he gave me the best price by a mile! No dealer will touch the deal he got me. I’m busy all day but John is literally available 24/7. There were no games, no hassle.
