Can't tie out with dealerships pricing on a Frontier lease

I’m trying to understand the pricing of a '22 frontier S 4x4 deal (FL). Cannot figure out why this dealer’s quote is pricing out higher than the calc based on the MSRP discount, them confirming MF is .00318 and a 99% residual.

Here is their quote, not incl tax on the monthly.

Here’s the calc

Assuming all taxes and fees are rolled into the monthly already, and the only thing due at signing is the $2,000 down payment, I’m getting $228 before tax, not $257. Apart from the “non tax fees” being extreme, I tried to get a sign and drive price, but they wouldn’t send an updated sheet without the down payment to better calculate the effective monthly price. Is it possible they’re just lying about using a .00318 MF / 99% residual? or is there something else hidden in here I’m not seeing?

I assume there is an acquisition fee that you are missing in your calculator. Also, I would confirm that the $2000 cash down is a down payment and not the total due at signing.

They didn’t have it on the finance sheet, sort of assumed it was otherwise incl somewhere in the doc fee maybe, but you may be right. At $695, that brings the monthly above their $258 pre tax though.

I did confirm the $2,000 was cash down, and nothing else due at signing.

What is the actual msrp??
mvsp ≠ msrp

$35,660 (it’s in the pic I shared)

So assuming the acquisition is in the non-tax fees, $2000 due at signing brings it to $259. Your calculator has $2244 due at signing.

That is “market value” in your pic.

What’s the MSRP?

Had you populated the make, calc would have prefilled the acq fee.

That is the MSRP. I have no idea why they labeled it “Market value selling price” but its the MSRP per the monroney sticker.

Sure but I was trying back into the monthly based on the actual sheet, not the prepopulated calc since they seemed to have derived things differently.

This is a lot closer, though they told me $258 was pre-tax, not post. Though it looks like they were also wrong about the “cash down” so I think this is it.
