Hi I recently signed up for leasehackr as a super supporter and I’m not able to access the ratefindr. I’ve followed all the directions in the faq, tried a different browser, resetting cookies and nothing works. Could someone check this out? thanks
Not sure if it’s in the FAQ but are you clicking into the forum first (while logged in), then clicking the calculator link at the top? The authentication is super wonky. Doesn’t matter if I’m logged in or not, if I click calculator from the main page without going to the forum first, it doesn’t register me as a super supporter.

Have you tried logging out & logging back in on both mobile and computer?
Only thinking out loud here. If it still isn’t working perhaps the @admins could take a look or have a better idea / solution.

for me you have to go to the forum. Click on Calculator, then Ratefinder is working.
If I go to the calculator directly, it doesn’t work.

OP’s Super Supporter donation wasn’t linked to the forum account for some reason. I have since fixed it and it should work now!
