Which page? Before/after login? Link?
Tried different browsers? Clears cache and cookies…? Starting to sound like help desk 
I login, get to home page click on financial services link and get this. I should add I have been in IT for 25 years and tried all the troubleshooting. And this is happening on my iPhone, Mac and Windows computers. If it is just me their is obviously something wrong with my account.

Only time I had issues similar to this was when my account was closed with them. Might want to give them a call to get what you need if you’re in a time crunch. Good luck!

Just noticed I have same issue. I am getting same error message on the website. In the app, it seems it is out of sync. Tried to re-link the financial services account in the app without success…
Did you figure out what is going on? I will likely call BMWFS tmw
The site is and has been a disaster since it was redesigned several months (couple of years?) ago.
Right now I can log in, but if I want to look at my FS accounts I’m forced to log in again (same credentials).
There’s almost always some aberrant behavior, but eventually I can stab my way through and get the job done.
Have you tried a different browser?

Nope still can’t get in. I need to call them. I’ve been busy.
Called BMW. They had to open a ticket to unlink my bmw id to the financial services account and in 24-48h I am supposed to login again to bmw id and it will ask me to link again to the financial services account.

update. Today I’ve logged to my bmw id account and clicked financial services. Instead of error message, got the option to receive a code on mobile or email to link accounts. It worked fine, linked the account again.
Tested the app, it was working again too.
