My account says I have a pending recall on my M340, therefore I can’t get my payoff. However when I check the VIN there is no recall.
Anyone see this before.

I get that every once in a while when I log in. It’s not always there and I checked the vin and the my bmw app and it’s not there. I just assumed that they’re bad at tech. If you hear otherwise let us know but I would trust the vin search over anything.

From time to time my BMW is flagged with a recall, and then the flag disappears on its own.
Their web site is completely f-d this morning. I can’t even navigate to the page where this is displayed. The recall flag was there again earlier this week.
They are showing that my BMW center is closed right now, despite the fact that it opened at 7:30 ET (almost three hours ago).
And I can’t access my FS accounts at all at the moment.
