Can GM Employee Discount Stack with other Discounts?

I am looking at a courtesy loaner Cadillac. They are offering a $3k off MSRP due to 4400 miles on the odometer.

My question is: can this courtesy vehicle loaner discount stack with GM employee discount? There is also $1500 lease cash incentive from GM. I am assuming that can be stacked on top as well?

GM’s programs are terrible for the most part. So unless you’ve found the rare exception this is all moot.
