Have a deal agreed upon by a Mazda dealer which includes MSDs, but they use Reynolds and Reynolds & ignite, who and apparently they can’t figure out how to incorporate the MSDs to be pre-programmed to print correctly from DMS/CRM to contract.
They want to make sure the lease contract gets econtracted correctly. Can anyone who is familiar with R&R help me explain to them what they would need to do?
May not be worth my time, but seems silly when this boils down to a MF reduction (and subsequent rent charge reduction), and populating the corresponding correct MSD amount on the lease contract.
Has this dealer had the same R&R install since MFS was Chase (2021 IIRC)? They should have had their finance stuff updated when it switched over to TFS.
Have them call their R&R helpdesk - they will be most familiar with what version they are running and pointing them to the relevant instructions.
yea, suspect this could be the case! I understand they’re more rare for Mazda, but hilarious how many mazda dealers don’t understand how they work, never heard of them, etc.
