California residents: CVRP is dead, and so is the air pollution-by-zip initiative

Hi fellow Californians,

So, the CVRP project is dead, and so is the air pollution-by-zip initiative (the thing where based on MAGI an EV owner could get a rebate if their zip code has polluted air). I also don’t find the “install L2 charger at home” rebate program (was it by PG&E)…

Is there anything left in California, real and accessible to EV owners in terms of rebates etc. All I see is the HOV decal by DMV - fine will get that but it seems like the rebate landscape here has become a barren desert in 2025? Am I simply uninformed and a newbie or could that be our reality for the foreseeable future?

Thanks
~B

You can use the search by your zip to see what’s available

Adding to BYGFEETs response, there are programs like Replace Your Ride and CC4A. I think CC4A you dont need a car to scrap to qualify for $7500. But these programs are for low income people
