What is the mystery vehicle? Is your MF/residual accurate? You don’t have any dealer fees or government fees filled in and the acquisition fee is the default.
Give more info and fill it in correctly to get an answer.

Your calculator is missing the $555 in fees the dealer is charging. Also, is that $0 down option on the worksheet $0 due at signing with 35 remaining payments of $454 or $0 down plus first payment and fees? Also, where are you leasing this? The worksheet says IN, but your tag says IL and NY. Taxes are calculated differently in each state.
