Hello,
I leased cadillac Lyriq 2025 loaner in June 2026. During the time of lease o star wasn’t working, yet I leased the vehicle since I travelled out of state to get the car ( travelled from Chicago to Wisconsin). Sales person said it can be fixed via phone. The next day I called them, they asked to take it or service center as we were not able to get it working.
Turns out there was a recall on the on star module and the telementary and said the part is on back order since June. ( so no super cruise, maps and onstar untill now)
I got a call that they received the part and I scheduled an appointment. The car has been in the service center since July 20th and they are not able to fix the problem.
Can someone help me with my options.
I escalated to GM ev concierge team and the dealer who sold the vehicle. No use
