I’m #66 on a list of people looking to order an Escalade-V at my local dealeršŸ˜‚ hopefully 65 back out

I’ve noticed a decent amount of available ct4-v blackwings too. Most are highly optioned that make it unattractive for flipping though

Have you seen what they make you sign when you buy one?
Probably why we haven’t seen one for sale

I haven’t, i’m assuming it’s a no flip clause?

Correct 1010

A few people have took delivery check the v forums

I’m still not over the interior of the CTS-V I drove back in ~2010/2011. Upholstery aside, the rest would have been right at home in a previous-generation S-10 pickup.

The dealership experience was also terrible. I made an appointment a couple of days in advance, and when I arrived they couldn’t locate the sales guy.

Or anyone in sales, for that matter.

So I waited in the showroom for about 10 minutes and then I left, and drove the car later at a different dealer.

Maybe some of this has changed.

That front end is a sheer cliff. Can we just sandblast the front facia now, to get the rock chips out of the way LOL.

It is a nice looking vehicle though.

Upholstery and gauge cluster is very nice. The main screen is terrible. Same w the Escalade. Carplay looks like its from Nintendo 64

GT500 center screen is even worse. Straight out of a 2016 Ford Edge rental car. New Broncos and F150s are gorgeous though!

I’ll say that my experience with Cadillac has been quite similar. For wanting (pretending) to be a luxury brand, a luxury experience should be provided throughout.

It has been many years ago now, but I’ll never forget my first time walking into an Audi and then a Porsche dealership. There couldn’t have been a more night/day difference between those two and the majority of other dealerships. I was blown away, and almost felt I should’ve paid to be there (I suppose in some respect, you really do pay to be there) lol.

New Uconnect in the Durango Hellcat was awesome.

I was on a test drive in a gen 2 CTS-V once and it ran out of gas. True story.

Don’t think anything is changing on the GM dealership side.

Funny you say that… Around the same time as I drove the CTS-10 I also had terrible experiences at both Porsche and Audi dealers.

Admittedly between my age and how I commonly dress, they both may have erroneously concluded that I was just there to waste time / drive something beyond my means… but I wasn’t going to rent a tuxedo and cummerbund, have them run my credit, and write a $10,000 deposit check for the privilege of test driving an A7.

(I was mostly ignored / avoided at both Porsche dealers I visited.)

More recent encounters with both brands have been dramatically better, though.
