I want to take advantage of the CA CVRP program. I can manually research each cars incentives, MF, and residual but I thought it would just be easier to ask for advice here. What is the cheapest car to lease from the CVRP list? Assume one-pay.
Also assume no additional rebates from local jurisdictions. I am in the LA area.
