Buying a Surburban and leasing something else - advice on negotiation

Hi there - I have to purchase a Chevy Surburban LT for my company, and they want to buy it outright, no financing - just write a cheque from the company account - about $55-60k. I am also in the market for a lease for myself, and was hoping to leverage the Surburban into the best personal lease for me. I assume the dealers will want to sell 2 cars and work with me, given I am not going to be too concerned about penny pinching on the Surburban. I am not fussy about the specific vehicle I get, just something reasonable to drive, and relatively cheap, with 10-12k for 2 years (maybe 3). Any tips on how to go about the negotiation? Im in Los Angeles area.

Appreciate any expert opinion!

Thanks!!

Work with the same salesperson, let them make good money on the Burb, and put a nice discount on a $25K car and you should have a nice low lease payment with nothing down on the lease.
