Buy a 2022 or 2023 Ram 3500 Mega Cab, Cummins, 4x4 Longhorn

So, looking at Ram 3500 with MSRP’s in the $92-102K range. I can order a '23 and get about 10-11% off MSRP with applicable discounts.

There are a decent number of 2022 units around the country, and some have pretty steep discounts.

Asking the hackers: If an “ordered” 2023 is 11% off, what discount would make the “on the lot” 2022 vehicle a buy?

These vehicles have to be bought, because, for the most part, the lease programs stink on commercial duty trucks. However, if I trade in in 3 or 4 years with 30-40K, how much less is the vehicle a year older, worth?

Thanks, in advance, for any opinions.

Does that include incentives?

Yes, that includes incentives.

Have you reached out to any of the Ram brokers on here. I think you’ll find you can do a lot better than that if incentives are rolled into that discount. I know I was talking to @clutch about a 2500 for a friend of a friend and they were doing better than 11% before incentives, much less after.
