My take?
Very wealthy, naturally. Foreign, probably.
He may be asking about bulletproof glass, but I imagine push come to shove, he could be talked out of it. Why? Because he doesnāt actually need it. Interested because of it as an element of status. Maybe has some sort of illogical understanding of how carjacking takes place, who knows.
Iāve talked to people that are actually interested in armored vehicles and have helped procure an actual one that was factory armored in a separate secure, perhaps secretive, controlled facility. If its a matter of actual need, thereās an entirely different set of questions, concerns, etc. One would never consider bulletproof on a supercar as itās a poor starting point for a variety of reasons, some that have already been mentioned here.
Tell him you will get it done for a monthly of 100k but you recommend he get the extra wear and tear package on the Koenigsegg since turning in with bullet holes will be covered.
My thoughts. Not a foreigner, not a mafia boss just a local baller or rapper.
