Was wondering what the process is if I gave a deposit on a lease, and then the broker/dealer totally ignores me. I’ve leased numerous cars via this platform, and have never come across this before. He never ran my credit just took deposit, then ghosted me. Any help how to deal with this?
There might be a 24-48 hours between giving them a deposit/credit app and completing the deal, but they should keep you updated, preferably with a timeline.
Just to get the facts straight, a broker on LH took a deposit and then ghosted you? How long ago did you give them a deposit and your info? How many times did you reach back out after giving them a deposit? And did they give you any timeframes? Not looking to blame you, want to get all the info because if a LH broker is acting this way, they should be called out.
Please provide details, such as specific dates, screenshots of any communication, and name/handle of the broker.

Took deposit/credit app a week ago, was scheduled to deliver on monday. Contacted them a couple times since Monday. No response

Thank you @admins and everyone for help. In the end, the @admins got the broker/dealer to reach out. They said my contact had an emergency, and wasn’t around for a few days. They put me in touch with a different rep, and we closed the deal.
