BMW X760i lease question

36 mo 12K lease, $111,090 MSRP. $8K off. MF .0017, 51% residual.
6.625% taxes and first month payment paid upfront, $1,588/mo payment.

On the surface it looks like a great deal based on the discount alone.

What year is a big factor?

23 or 22

Discount is decent I don’t think amazing at all if a 22

23 would be a good deal

There is no 2022 X7 M60i.

Ahh I didn’t know they didn’t make one for 22

Why not try to gut a 22 m50i

Prob get a much better deal.

Total lease cost is close to 60k for 3 years

Best of luck.

I mean I see 10 on the market.

Worth a try

Old body paper weight for the dealers right now.

Or even a regular 22 x7

Don’t really see the necessity of getting the m60i but paying more for gas

So, the new M60i is still a bit under the radar, and will likely fetch substantial value…it is BMW’s answer to M in the X7. They even refer to it as the X7 M on their website in places. It has a proper M tuned V8…the actual " S series designated" M engine. It also includes the M exhaust system, M differential, M suspension and M handling package. A specialist told me as they walked me through the new features that nearly the only difference from a full M car is the lack of M sport seats in place of the cushy luxury seating in the M60i. IN fact, he said the normal M front mesh style grilles don’t even apply since the 2023 is the first time the new front grille design language is being seen–so mesh grilles are out in the future. The vehicle is a crazy value for what it is. They continued explaining that BMW is really in between several transitions now…they want XM to be perceived as the M version of their SAVs. At the same time 4 and 8 series are going to transition to 6. They suggested each model may not have a M any longer…rather each platform may (hence XM). Who knows… but if there was ever to be an X7M, the M60i is it. The outgoing models are all about trim and packages, not about the actual hardware like this one. An interesting vehicle…

Very different cars…M60i utilizes an actual M V8 (the new S series engine). It includes all the same M dynamics packages as the base X5M!

It’s your money and you should spend it as you wish, but don’t delude yourself into thinking this is anything other than a quickly depreciating car.

Yes a x7 is no different then a 7 series…

They will drop big

Rather have a x5m at that same monthly

And it’s a 10k more expensive car

I’m not really aware of any bmw that holds value in a normal market. Except older models

Correct. I meant they are hot and not being heavily discounted now.
