Curious if any of you have seen any decent deals on some X6s, preferably xDrive 50i. My local dealers aren’t doing much and aren’t willing to budge from sticker.

Those aren’t going to lease particularly well. 6-7% off MSRP before incentives on an 18 should be achievable.
Since you mention PA, have you looked at the DMV dealers? Northwest BMW has a couple with decent discounts (Incentives are included in their pricing online). No xDrive 50i’s though.
