I didn’t run it to see if the MF is marked up, but honestly, 5% off an X6 is not bad considering that they are still in pretty short supply. It’s especially good if it’s local to you.
My concern was if the money factor could be marked up to compensate for the 5% off but if it’s not then this is probably the best deal I’m going to get. Especially since there willing to through in winter mats and tint the front two windows for free.
Franky, just getting an X6 is half a win if you HAVE to have one. Even if the rate is marked up, it would be 3% off, which while it might not sound like a deal to people here, is decent enough of an X6.
For context, there’s 3,600 unsold allocations to order X5’s in the USA right now, there are 501 X6’s, barely 1 per dealer. It’s just simple supply and demand on that model.

5% discount is fair. Very minimal up front fees from dealer. Fair.
Lease program is just not good, 52% residual. Sucky.
