Hi!
This is my first post. I did try to use the calculator but I have some variables here that I’m not sure about - for example inceptions fees. I do have the whole deal if someone can help me interpret. This is my first lease and I know its not a good deal at all. What should I ask them to go down on?
They’re rolling the acquisition fee into your payments. The discount is bad (not even 6%), and you’re at a maxed marked up MF.

I plugged in your numbers into the calculator.
They marked up the MF to the max and the discount is very bad.
You can ask for a bigger discount and lower buy rate (if you have an excellent credit score).
But from my experience when a dealer offers this bad an offer, they usually won’t do much. Prepare to move onto the next dealer.
@nextlevelautobrokers has X5Ms posted for 1357, just to give you an idea how bad your deal is.
I would also highly suggest you use a broker.

I tried to get a broker but no reply after PMing them. I’m in Cincinnati, Ohio so don’t have much options. I’m willing to drive to neighboring states for a good deal though.
This is not a good deal like other members said.
You can look at recent member & broker deals posted on the forum. Take those numbers and make an offer sheet, send it to all the dealers you are willing drive to (or ship from). Choose the best offer.
@kubikdanon he used to (or still does) broker deals in Ohio. Is he the broker you contacted?

FYI I was out of town and haven’t logged in the last 2 weeks. Back in now.
@grimluster I can definitely get you a higher discount than 6%, but won’t be able to compete with east coast brokers. Please PM me if you’re still looking.
you just have to pick it up east/west coast. we here in the middle don’t get good deals
