I am located in PA and recently was offered the following lease deal. Wanted to see if this makes sense / better deals out there from forum members!

Corporate Fleet Discount/Rebate (~7k), 36 month lease based on 10K miles per year, $0 Down Payment ( Cap Cost Reduction) with lease inception fees due upfront (1st month, bank fee, and DMV fees).

PA taxes (Allegheny County) showing 10% being collected monthly.

Total monthly lease payments for the X5 with an MSRP of $77,225 including taxes would be $1,186.11 per month with a total of $3,143.61.96 due at signing.

Assuming you did want to do 36 months instead of 39, I would be at-least $70/mo less, maybe more.
