I was able to secure a 12% discount and base MF (.0017) for an ordered vehicle. I think this is a strong deal, but wanted to see if I should push for 13-14% off? I’m seeing 13% for cars on the lot but unsure about ordered vehicles.

No, you should not push. That’s a great deal.
13-14% off is not even remotely realistic on an ordered car especially, that would represent a several thousand dollar hard loss, and there is really no reason or need to let someone custom order a car for a major loss.
Also, not sure where you’re even seeing 13% off, most of the full time brokers here are around 10-12% off max.
