Hello,
I have received several quotes on the BMW X2 and wanted to see if this is a good deal or not:
MSRP: $44,645.00
Sale price: $40,116
Incentives: additional $2k lease credit and $1k conquest
I am trying to get the OL code applied, i was told that the fleet discount can’t be combined with conquest.
Residual: 58%
MF: .00166
DAS: $2,530.93 ($449 1st month, $925 acquisition fee, $499 doc fee, $377 estimated dmv fee, $280.93 tax on rebates)
Monthly payment: $449 p/month for 36 months (@12k miles per year)
10% off before incentives is about as good as you are going to do on a new one. MF isn’t marked up. You might be able to squeeze 1 or 2 more percent off, but don’t hold your breath.
With that said, I wouldn’t call this a great lease.
so the updated monthly cost after the OL code is $417 with everything else the same.
Follows the 1% rule on a brand new model! What’s not good?

It does not follow the 1% rule. There’s still 2,500 DAS, which adds roughly 70/month to the payment. 417+70 = 487.
The 1% rule is an internet legend anyways. Just ask @max_g

Excellent deal!
10% off a brand new year model.
What is the $280… tax on the rebate ?
Is this a certain state or federal tax ?
10% off a new BMW is good. Excellent deal…yeah, it’s good. Excellent lease…not at all. Pushing 500/month, you could snag an x3 loaner with a couple thousand miles and pay as much or less, and get more car.
i received an even better offer, $405 per month (for 36 months / 12k miles) on a even higher MSRP: $47,4445. Rebates: 4k (2k lease credit, 1k conquest, 1k OL), i dont see specific MF, cash due: $2,324 and the $405 includes tax (in CT). Is this a good deal?
That’s really really good
