BMW safe lease and maintenance charges

I have gained a lot of valuable information through the forum but need advice on the following. Can the experts please chime in:

  1. Is BMW safe lease worth it? $1500
  2. add on maintenance package that covers brakes and rotors.$650

For a 3yr 30k lease for a 330e?
