Hello, off lease topic question, recently leased BMW thru Lshkr( thank you!) , and 1 month later scratched side mirror. Mirror had to get removed to get painted( mirror had no damage, just deep scratches), after it was installed back on , I have message appear “Rediced Driving Assistance” ( side collison and blind spot do not work), side mirror camera works fine. All the shop did disconnected and connected it back on. Does that had to get reprogrammed and does it have to get done only at the delaer?

Most likely yes, I’d just give your local BMW service department a call and ask.
sounds like it does need to be reprogrammed, yes.
the body shops i had to have work done related to mirrors (i think twice over the years iirc) were able to perform this as part of the repair. i didn’t have to have a separate trip to dealer just for reprogramming. if for some reason you didn’t want to take it to dealer, maybe ask the body shop that painted it first? also youtube might have a diy solution perhaps?
