BMW OL code and fleet

Would someone please clarify how the second half of a $1000 OL code is accounted for if $500 is dealer contribution (reflected in adj cap cost) and $500 is BMW NA? Does BMW NA write a check?

Also, where can I find a list of the corporate groups that are part of BMW fleet program so that I can determine if I can take advantage of this incentive? Dealers so far have not been very cooperative to help me determine if any of the universities or organizations I am affiliated with are on this list.

Thank you,

Not sure why it matters how OL code is paid out? Happens on backend transparent to you.

No corporate fleet until 2019 hence the no cooperation. One of the BMW dealers in OHio posted a list but not sure what snapshot in time it is from. Regardless program is suspended till 2019.

Thank you for your reply. Would you elaborate on how the $1000 incentive would appear on a lease agreement? The $500 dealer contribution is straight forward, subtracted from MSRP. How is the $500 from BMW NA accounted for in agreement?

How can I obtain a OL code?

This has been discussed extensively in other threads. Please don’t hijack this thread.

Abc123,

WOW! I don’t think it is unrelated topic… It looks like you want help… BUT at the same time, eager to shut down a related request.

You are kindling my juices to help you even more!!!

Asking a question is hijacking a thread?

Sam, try this https://bmwdrivingevent.com/events/B8-92E0-F857-867A-15F74C10C078

Thank you so much!!

We’re of a different opinion. Thank you for helping Sam81 out. I would take any help you are willing to offer. Thank you,

It will be in the form of reduced sale price…

it is just $1000 off the price, not sure how the $500 and $500 matters. If it is a razor thin deal, the dealer may opt to only give an additional $500 back. They will just reduce the negotiated discount by $500 and write up the $1000 off OL code.
