Those offers (incentives) are for finance only, not lease.
Lease incentives differ from finance incentives.
I do not think buying (purchase) M car brand new is almost ever a good idea.

Stopped by a dealer in Northern NJ. There’s a 6MT M4 Competition with black 666m wheels. San Marino Blue/black interior. Someone should deal it or reach out to a broker who can. It does not come up on their inventory accurately.
I had a henna e30 m3 as well, such a great color. I assume you no longer have it?
