BMW New Car Programs (and Retired Loaners with < 5k miles) - UPDATED 5/8/2019

Thanks for sharing . Any updates from BMWFS for the Eastern Region?

Can you shed some more light on the MF for some dealers that has gone from .00166 to .00187

Holy moly. 4.4% interest. We aren’t in Kansas anymore…

Totally forgot to mention that.

All buy rates in my region have increased from .00166 to .00187.

Do not have a reason why they did this.

If someone from the West or Eastern region can also confirm that as well please do so!

They all keep creeping them up. Yukon is over 6% on 24 mo and 5 on 36. Long gone are the 1% finance rates for the time being for many of the brands.

Loyalty discount remains unchanged.

I am almost positive BMW residuals and interest are national. Only the model specific lease cash and loyalty incentives are regional.

Example…x3 conquest is 1500 in western PA

Brutal. 202020202020

Thanks for all the info, @AB26. BMW leases are not looking good any more.

So the lease credit on the 5 series is $1000 and there is an additional conquest incentive of another $1000?

That is correct.

I also believe there is a conquest discount of $2,000 on the 7 series.

Amazing, the X5 40e has gone from $5000 to $3750 to $2750 in a few short months, yikes.

Was hoping for X5 40e deal soon… guess that won’t happen anymore… :disappointed_relieved:

Article this week in the NYT said tax cuts are overheating the economy, so fears of inflation are bringing interest rates up. Ugh! So now waiting till the end of the year may not be worth it? Maybe BMW is retaliating against the tariffs? (Joking) but not that funny

I don’t think BMW is really worried about Tarrifs.

Rates have been steadily increasing all year.

BMW is the largest exporter of automobiles in the United States.

Many articles on the subject. Here is one:

Is Bmw worried that they keep raising prices and many will go elsewhere? My dealer where I got atleast 8 cars in last 6-7 years; said these last 2 years sales have been bad for many.

They mustn’t be too worried if they continue to raise rates and lower incentives.

Worried? Their sales are going up: https://www.bmwblog.com/2018/07/03/bmw-usa-brand-sales-increase-1-5-percent-in-june-2018/
