BMW M850ix convertible lease advise

Hello! I’m looking for feedback on a lease deal on a 2026 M850ix convertible.

MSRP = 127945

Fees = 2196 (925 acquisition fee, 350 capitalized taxes, 499 proc/doc fees, 173 govt fees, 249 accessories - this is the anti-theft thing that they tack on)

Dealer discount = 7245 and lease rebate = 5000

RV = 53%, MF = 0.0021. (this is in line with what I got from Edmunds) This is in TN, 36/10K

0 down, monthly 1902.95. DAS is first month + 97 in title fees.

Could I get some ratings on this, and advise on how I could improve it? Thanks.

That monthly is crazy. I can beat that by a mile on either car I sent you yesterday. I can get you details in a little bit (have to do some last-minute blizzard prep).

Discount is less than 5.5% after you account for the volcano insurance.

Are there other incentives like Loyalty but you just don’t qualify?

BMW CCA membership?

I don’t qualify for loyalty/corporate unfortunately. No CCA.
