BMW m850i lease deals question

I’ve gone to 3 dealers in my area that have M850i coupes in stock and have been getting high lease quotes compared to what I’ve seen on this forum and especially high compared to brokers claiming to get in the mid 800’s +tax. Any suggestions?
Lowest deal I got was for $1200 including tax 36 months $2k down 10k miles per year. This other deal I have the print out for is from the second dealer I went to.

Seems like the money factor is maxed out on that deal. It has 1500 miles on it?

i suggest you go thru a broker here. but figure out the MF/RV for the month for the 8 series. BMW post the lease rebate. You can make the numbers up then and try on your own.

You can also flat out say in email that you are aiming for $900/mo+taxes and just email that to many dealers. These cars are not selling… they have to come with better lease/finance deal soon before BMWFS pulls all support come March/April. I would play the waiting game…

Yeah. 1500 miles on it. Was surprised since it didn’t say that online.

I was laughed at over the phone when I told 2 sales people that I’ve seen deals under $1k per month tax included so didn’t sound like I would keep pushing them for that payment.

Looking at car gurus 20% off seems to be advertised quite a bit on the 19 850 coupes. Find some specs on cars you like and the reach out to those dealers all online with offers. Think it’s $3000 loyalty on top if you qualify for that. Then just offer base MF.

The deals in the mid 800’s have been with 20% off price pre incentives or so as I recall.

Figure out what you want and then present it to them. Or pay a broker $500 if you don’t want to take the time.

Honestly what makes you think you can get to that price point? I’m not saying it’s not do able just want to ensure your expectations are aligned with the market.

Anyways you wanna learn how to structure the deal to get to that price point. What is the dealer discount, incentives available and then top it off with MSD

Is there trunk cash on the 8 now? 20% seems high discount without it

You can either spend the time to contact 20-30 dealers to replicate brokers’ deals or pay them their fee get your 850i.

^ what he said.
Save the headache and time and just get one.
Unless you want to spend hours and hours trying to find a dealer willing to work with you then one of the broker/dealers on these boards can help you.

From my understanding there are a lot of brokers who get paid by the dealership if you are for some reason averse to paying the broker directly.

OR you could just pay 1200+ for something a broker can get you a better deal on I guess

I got my m850i convertible at 20%+ discount using a broker in here; it’s totally worth it

Im about to sign this deal this weekend.

I got the payments down to 1030 after negotiating a bit. See attached for the worksheet.

Hope this helps.

Just realized OP is rolling in 2700 of payments into this!
@realestinthegame why r u not doing MSDs?

That’s someone else’s deal that they posted not my original deal.

My bad! Still, go with a broker and do MSDs

Can the leftover 2019 m850i be had for $0 DAS and $700/m all in? Seems like an overpriced car for what you’re getting, so $700 is all it’s worth (to me) and would pull the trigger if possible lol
