I’m looking to lease an BMW X1 or X3 and this is what I see from the dealership website:

Manufacturer offers:

  1. $459 per month for 36 months
  2. $750 cash back
  3. $4,384 cash due at signing
  • Applies to select new 2020 BMW X3.
    Offer only valid 12/03/2019 through 1/02/2020
    Lease a new 2020 X3 xDrive30i for $459 per month for 36 months with $4384 due at signing. $750 Loyalty/ Conquest Certificate $1250 Lease Credit included in payment.

Is this a good deal? I’m not sure if I should contact brokers or just take this deal. Educate me please!
