I am in Nor-Cal and getting 10K off MSRP + Additional 9900 lease incentive.
Dealer is marking up MF from 0.00111 to 0.00151; I am thinking to do Max MSDs to help with rate.
MSRP: 92,595
RV: 50,001 (54%)
Due at Signing: Tax + First Payment 1,870
Payment: 953 with taxes

Quick Update - Closed on the lease yesterday! Was able to negotiate to a little better than what I posted above.
12%+ Discount on MSRP, Base MF
$831/month (With taxes) on a $95k MSRP iX
None of the offers from brokers could beat this… so I guess I did ok!

Or wait for end of Q1 if possible. Hopefully some of the end-Q4 incentives should return like the subverted MF and the $2,000 discretionary cash.
“Buyrate MF” means very different things at .00151 vs .00050… yes they’re both BMF but one costs almost $100/m more.
