BMW iX 50, Effective $72x a month?

Working on a loaner BMW iX deal.

MSRP: 94k
Discount: ~ 23%
Miles: 7k
Incentives: Lease cash + Conquest = $6900
Base MF 0.00026
Term: 12k / 36m.

Comes out effective ~$720 a month, including CA’s 10% tax rate. I will have to drive to get the car, so all the paperwork would have to be done remotely.

This is the max I’ve been seen. Im thinking adding MSDs but not sure if its worth anymore due to BMW devaluing MSDs.
Any thoughts?

I don’t actively track these but that’s definitely on the higher/highest side of discount for a car that still qualified for $9,900 lease cash, from what I recall seeing.

Usually loaners only get &5,900 IIRC

I thought so too, but I don’t know which voodoo math the dealer did to get here. I have the quote in writing, but can’t be sure its legally binding until I take the car home

There are cars with miles that aren’t technically loaners. Brasshat and press cars, sponsored events, etc.

Any thoughts on this? I wiggled another 10$ out of it but the dealer is adamant this is the best they can do.
Or wait until next year when 2024s are more scarce and wait when lease programs are ending, like whats going on with Merc these days.

That’s the best

24’s still get free charging for 2 years. I would jump on this.
