Vehicle condition (accidents, tire wear, etc.), options, and other details: Excellent condition, except tires will need to be changed in the near term, which is why I’m offering an incentive. Option list is in photos - includes Driver Assistant Pro, B&W Diamond Speakers ($4800 upgrade), Alcantara headliner, Massaging seats (front and rear), and climate laminated glass. Interior is Amarone extended merino leather, which is kind of a burgundy color. In addition, dealer de-chromed exterior prior to delivery (meaning that exterior chrome was wrapped black by the dealer). Also, includes BMW lease wear and tear package ($1800 value), so you would be free to return the car with 4 bald tires at the end of the lease and an assortment of dings, without charge, though that’s up to you.
To be clear, all I am looking for is to recover the MSDs (multiple security deposits) that I put down at the start of the lease, which you will get back at the end of the lease from BMW so this is not actually an expense to you. There is no additional capital cost reduction or other amount due to me. My payment is $939.79 per month, which represents a lease in Lake County, Illinois. Your individual tax situation may be different. Buyer pays BMW transfer fees.
This is a 36/12K lease and I’m slightly under the 1000 miles/month average at the moment, so you will get slightly more than 1000 miles/month for the remainder.
JULY UPDATE is the incentive now being offered to somewhat offset the inevitable tire replacement that will likely be needed before the end of the year. Note that this is the more powerful i7 X60 all wheel drive model, not the e50.
