BMW i7 X60 question

Has anyone done BMWi7 lease deals with corporate discounts? I am not sure if these cars are sitting on lots and if dealers are dropping prices on them. (I see a 2024 that is being advertised $10k under MSRP.

Trying to see if there is a stackable option for a nice deal here… Through work, I get $5k off a 2024 i7 or $4k off from a 2025 i7. In addition to that there are the Federal $7,500 and what ever the MA lease credit is?

PS other BMW discounts are $500-1,500 per model so less significant. In the past I was able to score a great deal on a 650X that had a $5k discount stacked onto a dealer price reduction.

Open to MSDs and loaner vehicles (not sure if there are any). I do need AWD thanks to our snow so it can not be the i750. Looking for a 12k / month.

Loaners are your best bet.

AWD on EV are not the same as ICE. I drove my dad’s EQS last winter, it felt good but you can feel how heavy the car is when its trying to get traction. Just felt weird over traditional AWD
