Stop having dealers give you pricing. You need to be approaching them with what you want to pay after doing research on this site about what current deals look like. If you don’t want to do that, then you should hire a broker.
Regarding the deal you posted, I’ve seen much better deals posted on this site for i7.
Frankly, where you’re at now is not bad for a brand new i7 from a dealer. 2-3% more assuming the rate is marked up and it’s worth signing for a new i7.
Also, everything you scribbled out can be copied and pasted right out of that doc, including your personal info.
You may want to delete it, here is a screenshot without your personal info for everyone else.

Check the Marketplace for current deals and Signed Deals & Tips for past benchmarks. You cannot go back in time obviously but hacking begins with selection and timing.
