BMW i4 M50 - Money Factor Dispute

Hello,

Rate Findr tells me the MF on an 36/10,000 i4 M50 in 53217 is .0015. My dealer is telling me it is .0019. I don’t qualify for conquest or loyalty. I believe the dealer is marking up the MF but they are acting like it is BMF financial that is setting it at .0019. Any thoughts?

They won’t admit it or say you’re not tier 1

Move on.

What’s your target in the first place?

Focus on the discount, forget about the MF markup.

If you’d like to skip all the nonsense I have a dealer in the Chicago metro area that will do a great deal at buy-rate money factor for you.

Hi Scott - I am at 13% off MSRP plus the $7500. We have been going back and forth on an m50 and a xdrive. We were at 13% off on the xdrive at .0015 MF when I inquired on the M50 and they said they could do the same 13% off. When I got the quote they had jacked up the MF to .0015 tho.

credit is 830+

If you’re at 13% off locally even with the money factor mark up take the deal if there are no add-ons and move on, there is no reason to walk on that. That’s very solid, no shipping, no broker fee, take it!

I agree it is a good deal but it does not have the driver assistance package which feels like a must at this price and I don’t like that they didn’t tell me the MF was increasing when we switched cars. I’d be interested in chicago if a similar deal was available on a car with DAPP.

Why would you negotiate on a car you don’t want?

Let’s get back to basics:
The x40 and M50 have different money factors.

We could see if we have a car with DA Pro available and go from there to see if it makes sense for you.

we have a entire signed! forum full of sickos that do exactly this
