Vehicle condition:
Car is in great condition. It has 4 near new tires as of June 24, 2025 (~4k miles), over $1,200 value. It does have some rock chips typical of 25k miles. Garage stored, non-smoker, no pets. People LOVE this color - always get’s compliments.
Interesting timing there - did you get it in May 2024 as either 1-month old or 13-months old and the dealer just paid DMV for the remainder of that year (~11 mos)? And what’s the original date in service?
Thanks. it’s actually a little more complicated. We did buy the car “new” but it was a previous loaner. I lived in TN at the time. Moved to CA in April, so had to re-register the car about 6 months ago.
Thanks for the compliment - It’s a great build, has all the important options (IMHO) and amazing color combo.
For those looking, when comparing to brand new, note your “out the door” on comparable deals will require likely $5k or more in CA, with fewer options ($61k build vs. $67k).
With this car, I’m giving you $1k plus 6 months of registration, so the difference is likely $6k in your favor, not including apples-to-apples if you evened out the options list / build.
You’re welcome to DM me if you’re interested. I’m not opposed to sweetening the pot a little, just keep in mind realistically you are likely already $5k ahead at least with this vs same config new from a dealer, assuming you got a smoking leasehackr deal.
What’s the original date in service though for people to know if it’s under warranty for the duration of the lease? Loaners can be tricky. In this respect.
